Kris Warfel

Kristin Warfel has served as President of Graham Packaging’s Food & Beverage Business Unit since 2026. She oversees approximately 40 global manufacturing facilities that serve customers across the food, beverage, dairy/nutrition and alcoholic beverage markets.

Prior to this role, Warfel served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Graham Packaging, beginning in December 2018. Before joining the executive leadership team, she served as CFO of Graham’s North American Business Unit and CFO for several individual business units within Graham Packaging, including food and beverage, household, automotive and personal care from 2008 to 2018. With a long history at Graham Packaging, Warfel has held several leadership positions across the organization, including plant controller and production manager at one of the company’s largest production facilities. She began her career as an accountant at Engel Machinery, a global producer of injection molding machinery.

As President of the Food & Beverage Business Unit, Warfel oversees global operations focused on delivering performance, strengthening customer partnerships and driving profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of markets. During her tenure as CFO, she led Graham’s finance, IT, audit, tax and procurement teams while helping shape the company’s business strategy and growth initiatives. She oversaw treasury operations, working capital management and key investment priorities across the organization. In 2020, Warfel helped guide Graham through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and played a key role in the company’s debt refinancing efforts as Reynolds Group Holdings sought to raise stand-alone financing for Graham Packaging.

Known for her leadership style rooted in trust, accountability and reliability, Warfel has a strong track record of developing talent and promoting from within, creating opportunities for employees to grow their careers at Graham. She is also actively involved in community initiatives, including fundraising and volunteer efforts for the Breakthrough T1D Central Pennsylvania Chapter, where she serves as President of the Board of Directors.

Education: Warfel received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an associate’s degree in management from York College of Pennsylvania.
