Katy Vu joined Graham as Chief Financial Officer in May 2026 and serves on the executive leadership team. In this role, she provides strategic financial leadership across the enterprise, overseeing finance, information technology, controllership, tax, internal audit and data analytics. Katy partners closely with the executive team to support disciplined growth, operational excellence and long‑term value creation.​

With more than 15 years of global finance and business leadership experience, Katy most recently served as CFO of Bunzl North America. Her background includes driving profitable growth, integrating acquisitions and leading P&L operations in Europe, with experience spanning operations, trade compliance, analytics and ESG.

Katy is known for combining financial discipline with a focus on people and collaboration. She is passionate about building high‑performing teams, developing future leaders and using data‑driven insights to enable sound decision‑making. Her global perspective and inclusive leadership reinforce Graham’s focus on execution, growth and excellence.
