Jennifer Mounts

Jennifer Mounts serves as Senior Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain at Graham Packaging, where she leads the company’s global procurement, supply chain strategy and operational alignment. Since rejoining Graham in April 2024 as Vice President of Procurement, she has played a key role in advancing procurement transformation and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.

A true “boomerang” to Graham, Mounts previously spent nine years with the company before expanding her leadership experience at Mars within Mars Veterinary Health segment. She spearheaded the transformation of the procurement organization, establishing foundational procurement disciplines, advancing procurement as a strategic function within the business, and building high-performing teams focused on value creation, risk management, and growth enablement.

With more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing and healthcare services, Mounts brings deep expertise in direct and indirect spend management, governance, procure-to-pay optimization, audit readiness, and change leadership. She is a strong advocate for data-driven decision making and sustainable procurement practices that support long-term business performance.

Education: Mounts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
