Our Technologies

    Extrusion Blow Molding

    Plastic material is extruded through a die to form a hollow tube. That tube is captured in a mold and inflated to conform to the cavity shape.

    Injection Blow Molding

    In this one-machine process the plastic tube is formed by injection rather than extrusion. The tube is then positioned in a cooled blow cavity which produces an article of a desired shape.
