Stephen Estok 

Stephen Estok is currently the president of the home care and industrial business unit at Graham Packaging, a role he has held since March 2021. Prior to that, Estok served in a variety of leadership roles throughout the automotive and packaging industries, including corporate director and division leader of CKS Packaging, division president and executive vice president of corporate operations at Warren Unilube/Warren Oil Company, group operations director of Consolidated Container Company and more. He also served as plant manager at Ring Container, operations manager of America Italian Pasta Company and operations manager at Federal Mogul.

Beginning his career in the United States Marine Corps, Estok has worked in a variety of different industries, including steel manufacturing, tier 1 automotive, food industry, rigid packaging and lubricants. In his role at Consolidated Container Company, Estok was responsible for multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers in market segments. During his time at Warren Unilube, Estok was responsible for several hundred million dollars in sales, and was a key factor in multiple customer awards and recognition. With an ability to make decisions under pressure, Estok led the automotive division at CKS Packaging, where he oversaw the company’s largest geographic area of sales and support. In that role, Estok maximized underperforming plants with equitable business that forced expansion and growth for elevated markets, and led the acquisition efforts for the company, improving its overall revenue by 10% in 18 months. In addition to overseeing the commercial strategy and execution of Graham’s homecare and industrial business unit, Estok also currently sits on the executive board of directors of the Petroleum Packaging Council.

Education: Estok earned his bachelors of science degree in business management and computer information systems, and a diploma in electro-mechanical engineering.
