Chad Stephens
Chad Stephens joined Graham Packaging in March 2022 as the CTO. Stephens joined the company from Sealed Air Corporation, where he spent 26 years in positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Stephens served as vice president of global research and development across global applications, equipment, packaging design and digital. He has a proven track record of successful innovation leadership with direct alignment and influence on the business strategy. Stephens brings to Graham a long and rich history in technology and innovation in packaging science, well-supported by a decade of senior leadership success at Sealed Air.
As CTO, Stephens leads and develops Graham Packaging's Technical Center teams in the U.S. and Poland, and is responsible for its “Innovation Drives Us” strategic pillar, ensuring Graham's growth is fueled by innovation, technology, and research and development. He has expertise in team, talent, and culture development that creates an identity known for innovation and efficient execution.
Education: Stephens holds a BS in packaging science from Clemson University.
