Hot-Fill

Hot-fill is a common filling process that sterilizes the product prior to being poured into the bottle. Graham supplies hundreds of millions of bottles annually to the hot-fill market, ranging in sizes from 4 oz. up to 128 oz. The hot-fill process creates vacuum after fiiling, which along with the high filling temperatures requires a very robust container. Container design plays a key role in the overall performance of the package, to assure the package maintains its aesthetic design while providing the protection and performance the product needs.
