Safety is a top priority throughout the Graham Packaging organization. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, our customers, and the general public, with a goal of being injury free. One of our core values is the prevention of personal injuries and occupational illnesses.

Key safety initiatives utilized by Graham to promote a safe work environment include:

• All locations have safety standards in place
• Training is provided to address all areas of workplace safety
• All levels of employees are involved in the safety program
• Safeguards have been established for all occupational exposures
• Audits of facilities and employees’ safety practices are conducted with any deficiencies being corrected in a timely manner
• Safety efforts have been extended beyond the workplace with an emphasis on promoting off-the-job safety for our employees
• Incentives are offered to recognize employee contributions and efforts towards growing the plant safety culture
• We continually strive to improve our safety performance keeping site of our goal to be injury free
