Rapid Prototypes
Graham's technology team has multiple in-house prototyping machines that can provide the right sample choice to meet the customer's requirements. These prototypes are an accurate representation of the ideas that have been developed with our specialized computer technology.
Prototype offerings include:
- Starch Models: Provide the customer with a physical representation of the package design
- FEA Starch Models: Color is added to show stresses and/or deformation from simulation analysis
- Light Cured Photopolymer (LCP) Models: Provide our customer with sharper detail when compared to a starch model and can be painted custom colors
- REN Models: Machined via our internal CNC’s and can be painted custom colors
- SLA and Laser-Sintered Models: Capable of thinner walls but at an increased cost and timing
Prototypes are often used for:
- Market research
- Line evaluations
- Ergonomic feasibility
