Our compensation structure reflects the reality that our employees drive the success and profitability of our company. Each job or position is evaluated according to its required skills, duties, and responsibilities, and its relationship to other jobs in the organization and/or marketplace, resulting in a very competitive pay package.
Merit increases are granted on the basis of performance. Normally, performance and merit reviews are conducted annually.
Benefits
Graham offers a very competitive benefits package to our employees. Most of the cost for these benefits is paid for by the Company and is generally not taxable to the employees. The cost of these benefits represent approximately one-third of each employee’s pay.
