The Graham Performance System (GPS) is our performance driven management system that enables us to achieve these goals. Through this program, cross-functional teams of management and employees work together to improve processes that affect, for example, line efficiencies, production levels, or safety practices. It’s an opportunity for employees to share their ideas and contribute on another level to their work environment.
