Capital Engineering Co-op

Under our Capital Engineering Co-op Program, individuals focused in Engineering will work in the areas of Capital Engineering and Project Management within each business unit. They will also interact with different levels of corporate management, plant personnel, and multiple business groups. Training covers the areas of project development; systems improvements; capital project management process; capital project estimate database; GPC plant documentation; energy incentives; data mining, compilation, and presentation of various statistics; engineering support, assistance, and supervision on various capital projects and stages; project management and execution; and plant quality support and bottle validation.
